The 24-year-old former champion Munguia wants to challenge the 39-year-old “GGG” as soon as possible so that he can get this opportunity before the latter retires from his professional boxing career. With this fight against Golovkin (41-1-1, 36 KOs), he plans to get a chance to fight against Canelo Alvarez at 160, which according to him, is an inevitable fight. He thinks Canelo (55-1-2, 37 KOs) might be interested in taking on Munguia if he first beats Golovkin.
