Demetrius Andrade vs. Jason Quigley Other Matches

One of them will see Murodjon Akhmadaliev defend his WBA and IBF super-bantamweight championship belts against Ronny Rios. The former was at his attacking best the last time he took part in a match. He put the challenge of Ryosuke Iwasa to rest in the middle rounds of the match in his initial professional match in his home nation of Uzbekistan. He became the unified champion in less than ten fights in the professional ranks by taking the championship belts from Daniel Roman. He will put the championship belts on the line for one more time in New Hampshire, and it is against the WBA mandatory challenger and the top-ranked boxer in the weight class. Rios is in great form heading into his world championship challenge. He is going to the east coast on the back of more than three consecutive victories. The latest is only to cover the entire match earlier this year in Indio, California, with a wide points victory over Oscar Negrete.

Another match in the fight is the world title match between Puerto Rico and Mexico. It is the much-awaited match between McWilliams Arroyo and Julio Cesar Martinez. The Mexican Martinez got back to action in a very entertaining fashion earlier this year. He defeated Joel Cordova in Guadalajara to defend the WBC flyweight championship belt more than two times. It will be a good moment for the Arroyo match. This is because the coronavirus squashed the initial attempt to put together the match last year. Then a hand injury to Martinez led him to pull out of the fight week when these two were going to fight on the undercard of Canelo Alvarez’s match with Avni Yildirim earlier this year in Miami. The Puerto Rican was able to get a match that night and got the Interim championship belt at the home of the Miami Dolphins with a middle-round victory over Abraham Rodriguez. He will be desperate to update and get the full championship belt from Martinez as they finally get to fight against one another.

The final world championship match on the fight card is a step toward getting an undisputed women’s champion as Kali Reis goes against Jessica Camara for the WBO, IBO, and WBA championship belts. In her last match, two-weight title holder Reis got the IBO belt with her WBA belt with a majority victory over Australian Diana Prazak. The champion from Rhode Island and former WBC middleweight champ will seek to add another championship belt through a win over Camara. The Canadian got back from the loss to Melissa St Vil with a great victory over Heather Hardy earlier this year. The stakes could not be more with the victor facing the winner of the match between IBF champ Mary McGee and WBC champ Chantelle Cameron at the O2 Arena in London, England.

Demetrius Andrade vs. Jason Quigley Boxing Match Details

Demetrius Andrade will put his championship belt on the line for another time, and the boxing star will be looking for an underlining victory as he hunts for the unification match with his fellow championship holders at his weight class. The boxer who had his vacant championship belt in his initial match with Eddie Hearn in Boston nearly three years ago will continue his undefeated streak against European challengers when he goes into the ring against his opponent in the Demetrius Andrade vs. Jason Quigley boxing match. A few months ago, Jason Quigley got into a prime position to get a world championship match by defeating Golden Boy boxer Shane Mosley Jr through majority decision in a thrilling match in Las Vegas. The former amateur star became another Irishman to go against Boo Boo after Luke Keeler fought against the WBO champ in Miami a few years ago.

Promoter Eddie Hearn said, “This is a fantastic quadruple-header of world title action. Demetrius wants to show the other champions that he is the man to beat at middleweight, so he needs to put on a big performance against a hungry and proud Irish challenger in Jason. MJ is one of the best fighters globally, and he is still in single figures as a pro. I think that we are going to see a special performance against a tough foe in Ronny. Julio is one of the most entertaining fighters right now. There is nothing less than fireworks expected as he finally gets in there with McWilliams. And finally, Kali and Jessica are one win away from the chance to fight to be the undisputed super-lightweight champion - this is a night of action not to be missed.”

Andrade said, “November 19, it is me again. Jason Quigley, world rated, has good amateur pedigree, decent skills, comes to fight, and hats off to him. He is willing to step in the ring with me, which you cannot say for any of these other so-called top guys. On November 19, though, I showed him that there are levels to this game. Just keep winning. That is all I can do. Go in there, handle my business, do my job, look sensational, come out healthy, and then it is onto the next. If you have a belt at 160 or 168 lbs, let us go. Put the politics aside, have your people call Eddie. Let us get down to business. Charlo, stop running your mouth, making up excuse after excuse. You are a fighter. Let us fight, bro. GGG, where are you at? Unify against Murata, and then let us put the three belts on the line next year.  Canelo, are you going to run up to 175? Cool, I can meet you there, no problem. First things first, though, I need to go out on November 19, defend my championship belt, and put on a spectacular performance, and that is exactly what I plan on doing.”

Quigley said, “I have worked my whole career to get into this position of becoming world champion. Demetrius is a great champion, but now it is my time, and that world title is coming back to Ireland.”
